I got a present

Well..maybe it can't be a present when you've paid for it but it was still exciting  

That my dear readers, is my brand new easel that I ordered from Utrecht. It's at a bit of an awkward angle but I was attempting to give you a sense of it's actual height. it's actually about 6ft.        

                                                                     

 

so once I took it out of the box I realized why it was so big. They had already assembled it so I just had to loosen a few screws to unfold it and I was ready to put  it up. Normally I love when things come assembled, I consider it my own personal little victory. But I love it a little less this time because I think it was put together upside down. The beam at the top with the little height adjustment slider has the words Utrecht printed. Now this looks perfectly fine in the pic but the beam goes to the bottom where the floor supports are and the word utrecht is upside down. I'm not taking this apart because I'm paranoid of messing it up and it's not like it gets in the way of my painting. It's just a little but of an eyesore. It's alright though. I'll live.
